Has anyone used Dr Kligman/ Medical college of Ohio Hosp

I am trying to get a surgeon and hosp that accepts payments. My ins will only pay 12500. I need some one reasonable and competent.For lap rny approx 22-24000 for md hospital and anethesiologist.Preferably in the state of ohio or close surrounding areas.
