Question about depression and the psych eval

My Psych eval is friday and I have depression but I have been off the meds for over a year and a half now, just been trying to manage it naturally. Could this cause me not to pass the psych eval? Can the psych put me back on my meds? should I ask her? Pls advise. thanks!
