Has anyone had a lift w/o implants and gone back later to have them?

I had my plastic surgery consultation the other day and the doc is very gungho about doing the lift, but he's not too sure he wants to do implants. He says I'll be left w/ a b cup and I KNOW NOW that I want at least a full C and am willing to pay out of pocket for the implants, but he is suggesting I do the lift and if I want the implants in 9 months time or so, we can go back in and do them. I live in Germany and over here the doctors are DIFFERENT than in the states, so I don't know what to do. I know NOW I want them, so why would I wait and have TWO surgeries?? Anyone have any thoughts, comments or suggestions on this, please contact me
