Does anyone know how to add a surgery type and Surgeon to their profile?

I see that most members have their surgery type and Surgeon listed on their profile. I can not list mine. When I select Laprascopic VSG with Dr. Wizman, the page goes blank and nothing happens!! I am thinking that it may be the website. I even tried logging out then back in again.
