Doctor has me on meal replacement protein shakes.

I am about 2 weeks pre-surgery. I'm using Advocare meal preplacment protein shakes and Slim Fast. The Advocare gives me diarrhea. I don't think I'll handle that very well post-op. Any suggestions?
