Size 8 at 190 lbs???

Just in the past 2 days I have dropped to a size 8 and I still weigh 189-190 lbs. Getting into an 8 was my goal. But according to my IBW I should be 150-160 lbs. I am 5' 7" tall with a large frame. What size should I expect if I lose the additional 30-35 lbs?
