Does anyone know where Dr. Louis F. Martin, Dr. Greg Scalia or Dr. William Raum are?

I ahd my surgery in Jan. 2003 at St. Charles hospital in New Orleans. I am experiencing some discomfort and Need them. I went to the ER at my local hospital and they were clueless. I suspect some type of hernia, but I am not the Doctor, Help ME!
