Had my rny on 3-2, I am learning the signs of being full.... How do you know?

I feel I am doing ok, but I have sooo many questions on this issue. Is it the slight pain I get inbetween my breat? When I burp? After a meal and I drink my protein through out the day, I feel this way. How do you get your fluids in when you feel this way. Am I taking too big of sips. Am I freaking out. Need some imput so I think I am ok. Then after all that how do you know you are hungry? I feel this in the morinig only. Still losing, therefore, must be doing something right. thanks so much for your input.
