I'm having a hard time!

I have had alot of complications following surgery( 4 surgeries, blockages, dehydration ect...) and recently had to have emergent small bowel obstruction surgery. I'm really having a hard time dealing with the fact that I am in the worst health of my life. My surgeon said it is just a matter of time before I have to have surgery again! I feel like I am a ticking time bomb. Help!
