experiancing balding with pregnancy 10 months post op, anyone experiance this?

I had my surgery Nov. 17 2006, Unfortunatly got pregnant too soon after, decided to keep the baby, I have to be honest I have not been taking any vitamins or protein because i absolutly hate the way they both make me feel. And now due to my lack of caring for myself i have a quater size bald spot on the top of my head,
