Diet pill

It has been 4 1/2 years since my surgery. I have been basically the same weight since I lost the 150 the first year of surgery. My question is that I just started taking Zantrex 3 for diet. It gives me an energy boost and also help curb appetite. Has anyone taken this medicine? Are there any real dangers of taking diet pills 4 years after surgery? I still would like to lose about another 20 lbs.
