I have no sexual desires, is this normal?

I have no sexual desires and I feel this is not normal and it may be linked to my overweight issues. I have joint aches that worsen when in positions during sexual relations that make me not want to be in that situation. Has anyone else had these same issues? Does anyone think that WLS will make this situation any better?
