Does anyone have experience with Repliva for iron?

I am four years post-op and doing well, except that I'm very anemic. My hematologist has prescribed Repliva for my iron therapy (once a day pill) but it is causing me stomach pain. Does anyone have experience with or knowledge about Repliva?
