Is this what dumping feels like?

I am almost 4 weeks post op and last night was the 3rd time I have experienced what I think is "dumping". After eating something that doesnt agree with me I get very nauseated, very cold and have to lay down - each time I fell right to sleep for about 1/2 hr --- is this dumping? I have been lucky enough not to vomit yet - I guess I have a strong stomach -lol Thanks for your answers - Steph
