Post Op Since Januar 16, Not seeing any change in my body. How long until I do?

Hi all, I had surgery on jan 16th. It is six days before my one month anniversary. How much longer will it be before I start to notice a change in weight? I feel as if I did this surgery for nothing. None of the clothes in my closet fits me anymore loosely before surgery. When will I start going down??????
