Revision Lap RNY scheduled 8/28/14 very nervous tips?

How long will I be in hospital? How long out of work? Are stairs a problem? I live alone, do I need help? Any have Dr. Joe Kuhn as your surgeon? Very very nervous, just turned 62, this is my last chance!
