Has anyone had surgery in Brazil, heard of or have had surg w/ Dr Rizzi in Sao Paulo.

I am checking into prices and plastic surgeons out of U.S. I'm interested in Brazil, and not interested in Mexico at this time. Any info anyone could give about this or other Drs in this country would be greatly appreciated. His name is Roberto Rizzi. Thanks, Rebecca Mulligan P.S.- has anyone had plastic surgery in Louisville or Ky. There is only 1 Dr I know of, and was very disappointed when I went for office visit there.
