I had an upper GI and endoscopy done and I could see the fluids going threw me

during my upper GI the radiologist had me drink fluids and I could see the fluids running threw my pouch. He told me that everything was going threw fast. I also was told that I have swelling in my esophagus. Could this be a reason for a revison. I never made it to goal weight and have been gaining weight
