Starting the soft mushy foods?
Was wondering how am I going to get the required amount of protein I need if your 3 meals only equals 20-30g if that? Am I suppose to be eating these meals more than the 3 times a day? I am so confused because I know once I get to the solids stage it tell me to set aside the times of day for your 3 meals and no snacking? However just starting out on the soft/mushy stuff what is the max you are allowed to have at a meal(1/4 cup I thought)???? I could really use some help her people.....Thank you
