Has anyone lost over 100 lbs and not had to have plastic surgery for apron?

I'm going to have RNY and was wondering what my chances are that I will have to have a flap of skin removed from my abdomen. I weigh about 245 now and hope to lose 100 lbs. Anybody out there that didn't?
