B-12 overdose?

I had briefly read somewhere on here about someone taking to much B-12 and overdosing. Does anyone have anymore info. on that? Tonight I got really dizzy after takin' my meds and B-12 was one of them, worried I might be takin' too much? Or maybe I'm becomin' dehydrated? Just worried and looking for more info. Thank You everyone, I know I can count on everyone's support on here, this site has been a Godsend!!!!
