Dizziness, tired, and nausea???

I am 6 months out and down 153 lbs (yay!) about 5 days ago I started getting really dizzy periodically throughout the day and feel nausea also. I DID start my period 3 days ago too, but that's never happened to me before. I go see my Dr tomorrow (before anyone comments like last time "ever think of asking your Dr.?) I was just wondering if anyone has any ideas, it's kinda freaking me out-- I've had a pretty uneventful first 6 months post-op-wise so far. Thanks in advance!
