When will you start to feel resctriction

When will you start to feell restriction after your first fill? I had my first fill on Tueday I had 1 to 1.5 ccs in my band.I was on liquid,tonight I can have soft food.I have not felt full,I have not over ate.I am hungry every couple hours.How much should I be eating?Do you sometimes get more resriction later or is it immed?Please let me know.Thanks
