AS I'VE POSTED BEFORE I'M A SLOW LOSER, SO I HAVE TRIED EXERCISING MORE, BUT WHEN I DO THE WEIGHT LOSS STOPS COMPLETELY, THEN I'LL STOP, THEN BAM! 5LBS LOST, WHATS GOING ON. SHOULD I JUST GET IN THE PROTEIN, WATER, AND VITAMINS AND LET THE TOOL RUN ITS COURSE. HELP!
