What is this burning that I'm feeling

I get a wave across my stomach and into my arms and lower abdomin as if I have drank a shot of tequilla or wiskey or something (BUT I HAVEN'T DRANK ALCOHOL) It feels like it did when I used to drink tequilla. It starts in the center under my diaphram and goes outward very rapidly as if its in my blood or something. Does anyone else get this? Do you have any idea what it might be? It's very alarming. Please let me know.
