Anyone experience gas pain and adominal scorness

The pass three days Ive had gass and my stomach feel very score like I felt while healing after surgery. Its almost been a month since surgery. Has anyone else expereince this. I dont know if my stomach is hurting just by the other day I walked the tread mill faster than normal.
