i have food stuck and cannot get it out

i am 4+ yrs out from gastric bypass surgery and I am still experiencing food getting stuck i know why it gets stuck and i know i need to throw up to get it out but this time it wont come out, last nite i ate a flower tortilla (sp) i havent been able to eat or drink anything since then and im in alot of pain if i try to even drink i then have to throw that up as well..is there anything i can do to help get this out of me so i can drink and eat again..?
