Any one experiencing abd pain/spasms overnight?

I am 10 months post op open RNY and GB removal. I have woke out of a sound sleep, with intense abd pain. it is not like muscle pain from working out, or gas cramps. It almost seems like a spasm of sorts. It goes through to my back. It lasts around 10-15 minutes and is only relieved by walking around the house. It occurs 2-3 times a mont, for the past several months. The first time or so, it made me a little crazy, now I know it will pass, but is very intense until it does. It leaves me feeling sore afterwards too. Any one know what this is? RThanks for any help!!!! DeeAnn R.
