Ds anyone one have aAetna HMO-thru amex

I am a 45 on the BMI, I whave problms with menst. I have had 3 in 3 yrs,I have an appnt with my fam doc on monday and am I supposed to give him my medical papers that also state disk degeneration from another doctor. Basically i just wnt to know if i prepare everything for him or do I prepare everything for the surgeon who will give me the actual consultation? If anyone has my ins thru amex let me know if you had problems. Thank You.
