I have to take an urine test

I'm 10 years post op and I have to take an urine test for my job , I want to know how long does it take wine (3 glasses to be exact) to leave the body and how can I flush it out, I drink a glass or two of wine at night because I have trouble falling to asleep, I'm 45 and going though menopause, I'm going to stop drinking but can you tell me how to flush out my body and what can I take to fall asleep?
