Recommend good immediate post-op liquid diet?

I am confused about the liquid diet for the day you go home from the hospital. Can you recommend some good tasty ones and where to obtain them (like Wal-Mart)? I figure that those who have been there already can advise best! Patti Poor, Cartersville, GA
