Not getting a full feeling,.....

Why when I eat do I not get a full feeling. What is happening is about 15 minutes to a half hour after I have stopped, I get a very nauseous feeling that stops after about 20 minutes. What's that all about? I am 3+ weeks post op and still on pureed food.
