Exercise and my butt
I was 3 months post-op christmas day and have lost 60 lbs. My problem is, gone with 60 lbs is my butt. I feel like I sit on bones. Does anyone know how to build up my butt. I walk just about everyday, but not sure what exercises to do to help build up the back side. Sorry to be so blunt, but I am desperate here. I get into pain even when I drive. I bought a pillow to sit on, but after a few, I start acheing. god Bless
