Looking for a plastic surgeon in Central Florida.

I have the surgeon I want, but in South Florida where I used to live. He specializes in post bariatric surgery. Would like to find one or two nearer to me to compare. Also, am using Vista HMO and trying to make a case for them to pay for part of the costs. Any information on that would be helpful.
