Blood in rectum

Just wanted to let you all know that I went to doctor today and he did not find anything wrong. He suggested a colonoscopy to be on the safe side. He did find it strange that it happens when exercising but he said it is not an ulcer or hemorrhoids. Thank you for all your responses
