What program are people using to .....

What program are people using to put there monthly pictures all side by side in one picture. I really want to do that so I can see the difference for my self. I just cant find out how to do this..... Somebody must have done it or you know what program it can be done in........HELP ME PLEASE Yanno I love you guys!
