8 months out and not loosing

I had surgery in October 2005 and had lost 99 pounds. But in the last month I haven't lost anything infact I have gained 6 pounds back. Has any one else had this happen. I know what I need to do but am not motivated to do it. I don't exercise and don't eat the way I should.
