Is there any way I can shrink my pouch?

I am out 1 year and 2 months and very happy that i have gone from 370 to 230 and feel sooo much better but i have stopped losing and wonder if there is any way that i can get my pouch smaller just to lose about 80 more i am still considered overly obese and want to be healthy.
