Are there other Denver people who have had success with Medicaid approving the WLS?

I have been denied through Rocky Mt. HMO. Have changed to Community Health Plan of the Rockies, Inc. They first said they would consider the surgery, which is why I choose them as my carrier. Upon recalling and asking what my new Doctor (who does agree with WLS) needs to do, I was told by the same person they don't. Can anyone help me? I want to get this started ASAP. Thanks.
