Anyone in Arizona had tummy tuck with hernia repair covered by United Healthcare

I had open RNY in July 2002, finally made goal 135lbs this March. And now have multiple abdomanil hernia's and wanted to know if United Healthcare would pay for tummy tuck with hernia repair. Thanks, She135
