Are the Gastric Sleevers still happy?

I rec'd a response from some of you out there about your VGS experiences.I am planning it in April.Could some of you update me on how you are doing? I would love to hear if you have been successful and if you had hair loss,acid reflux,dumping syndrome,or other problems.I have an ulcer and I am especially worried about reflux and hair loss.
