Does anybody else have major acne issues?

I had surgery on 7/1/08. As of Oct. 1st, I have lost 60 lbs, however, haven't lost a single ounce in the last month and a half.........still exercising and walking daily..........major plateau.......however, my face is majorally broken out.....including my neck........has anybody else had this reaction?
