Help Please! I want to go out to eat !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Please I need help.......... I am 4 months out Lap Gastric Bypass and i can eat what i want but am scared to eat out because i am scared of getting sick. Please give me some ideas of what i can order when i go out............... thank you so much.......
