Late Dumping

I have finally figured out that I have late dumping. I am 6 years out and have only dumped 3 times (the last of which was this morning). Each time it has been on a certain type of ice cream. (let me say here that I don't dump on ANYTHING else) Breyers banana split ice cream Dippin Dots ice cream Ice cream cake from Baskin Robbins It doesn't happen right away, it is always a few hours later. In fact, I ate a slice of the ice cream cake last night at about 7:30 pm and then got sick this morning when I got up at 6am. Like I said, this has only happened to me 3 times in 6 years. Does anyone know what the common ingredient of these ice creams might be? I would like to know exactly what it is that does it to me. It has to be something unusual because I can eat other types of ice cream and have no problem. Any one have any ideas or do you know where I can look to find out the common ingredient?
