7 yrs. post-op RNY, post-menopausal on HRT & gained 40+ lbs-HELP!!

10-15 lbs gined about 4-5 years post-op; since entering menopause another 30+ lbs! GYN put me on ultra-low dose hormone, but still gaining. Appetite non-stop. Also on synthroid for hypothyroid.
