Looking for an aggressive attorney

Does anyone know of a aggressive attorney who would take a medical malpractice case? I had to have my band removed because of incompetent doctors here in Utah, and no attorneys here will help me because my surgeon was in mexico. Even though every attorney I have contacted said that I defiantly had a case but because It included a surgeon out of the country they wouldn't take the case. The problem wasn't with the surgeon in Mexico, it was the dr's here in utah. Any info will help. My story is on my bio. Please Please Please...I am desperate and I need my band back....Thanks
