Any former c-sections who also had RNY still have apron

I have had 3 c-sections and my stomach has hung like an apron for the last 2 years. I am also considering RNY and am wondering that in a year or two did anyone still have that horrible apron or will I still need platic surgery. I'm 5' 1" and 254 lbs.
