PLEASE HELP! Has anyone used Anthem of CO for WLS.

Anthem of Colorado only covers 7500.00 of WLS as they feel that surgery is cosmetic. I have not had my surgery yet, and trying to find out what kind of a fight I am in for. I am debating on private paying the remainder and also whether or not I will need to hire a lawyer in order for Anthem to pay for all. Has anyone been through this Ins. company before. and what did you do?
