I have B/C/B/S federal employee program of AL and they don't pre approve but i did get a pre-certification that stated thie following..."Our medical Review Staff has advised that the gastric restrictive procedure;with gastric bypass and roux-en-y gastroenterostomy (roux limb 150 com or less) appears to meet medical criteria." Now, I'm still afraid they won't pay after surgery..What do I do? I have read on other profiles that they will review it after surgery, Is this true? please help I am scheduled for surgery in 8 days thanks~ Melissa
