Empolyer changing ins carrier?

The company that I work for is changing carriers the 1st of the year. My question has 2 parts..(1) I'm going to see a plastic surgeon abt a tummy tuck and alot of other areas that need tighten ? (2) Has anyone had any contact with a company called Coventry ? I've never heard of them. Any input would be appreciated.
